A distillation and dehydration plant in Anjar, Gujarat, processing used oils, ship sludges and waste oils into recovered Furnace Oil (F.O), Light Diesel Oil (L.D.O), solvents and base oils.
Process
Distillation, dehydration and recovery, in-house.
Feedstocks — used oils, marine sludges and waste oils — arrive at the Anjar plant by road tanker. Pre-treatment removes water and solids; vacuum distillation separates fractions; dehydration trains finalise the recovered output.
Quality is verified per batch with full certificate documentation. The plant runs to international quality standards expected by industrial buyers across cement, power, marine and bitumen sectors. Capacity expansion is underway.

Distillate fuel for medium-speed engines, hot-mix plants and process heaters. Stable, consistent batches for steady-state operations.
